At sea-saltclothing.com, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return your items within 28 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
How to Return Your Order
You can return your items quickly and easily through our online returns portal. Simply visit sea-saltclothing.com and follow the instructions to generate your returns label.
- Online purchases can be returned via post or to one of our local stockists.
- In-store purchases must be returned to a store (not by post).
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Footwear must be tried on indoors on a clean surface.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings and face coverings cannot be returned unless faulty.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return and will be issued to your original payment method. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault with the item.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please return your original purchase and place a new order online.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 28 days of receipt so we can resolve this for you.
